BUNGARD, Wilma Ashby, 88, of Cameron, WV, died Monday, Dec. 23, 2002, in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. She was born May 2, 1914, in Greene County, PA, a daughter of the late Jolly and Icie May Staley Ashby. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Brethren Church of Cameron. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donnis Lee Bungard, in 1998; a brother, Artie Ashby; and a sister, Thelma Morris. Surviving are a brother, Lloyd Ashby and his wife, Doloris, of Cameron; a sister, Mildred Cook of Wellsburg, WV; three nephews, Terry Ashby and his wife, Jody, of Moundsville, Larry Ashby of Cameron and Earl Cook and his wife, Shirley of Aleppo, PA; two nieces, Penny McCracken and her husband, Larry of Cameron and Hope Ashby of Cameron. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, with the Rev. Sharon Wise officiating. Interment in Highland Cemetery, Cameron. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Brethren Church of Cameron, RD 3, Cameron, WV 26033.

Well Aunt Wilma, dad is with you, Aunt Mildred, Aunt Thelma, Uncle Artie and grandma and grandpa now. It was almost 10 years before he came to see you. Take care of him for me and watch over mom now! I love you all!
