Dearest Emily, Bill, Debbie and family,

I was so saddened to hear of the loss of your Billy. Although I did not know him well, I know so many that did and thought the world of him. I wish there was something I could say or do to take away the pain, but my heart is with you all as well as my prayers.

May God wrap you all in His love and give you strength through this difficult time. The love of family and friends will lift your hearts and support you.

With love and prayers,

To the Icenhour, Johnson and Extended Families,

I am very sad to hear of Billy’s passing. Ike was one of my buddies that I grew up with in the Hillandale gang. He was a good friend and always had my back, even when he was going to St. Mary’s and I was going to Elm. I know that we got into a lot of mischief and trouble back in those days, but we always had a lot of fun too. Please accept my deepest sympathy on his passing. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.

Sincerely,

Randy Webb
