Willard Jefferson “Jeff” Hartley, 55, of Moundsville, WV, died Thursday, April 30, 2015 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV.
He was born November 20, 1959 in Glen Dale, a son of Phyllis Goodnight Hartley of Cameron, WV and the late William Eugene Hartley.
Jeff was a retired employee of the WV Department of Corrections.
In addition to his mother, surviving are two sons, Jefferson Davis Hartley of Moundsville and David Lee Wayt of Mesa, AZ; two daughters, Samantha Hartley and Shoroba Jean Decker, both of Moundsville; three brothers, Robert Winnie Hartley of Loretto, KY, George H. Hartley of Cameron and Randy A. Mary Hartley of Moundsville; a sister, Ethel Kathleeen Larry Wayt of Mesa, AZ; five grandchildren, Jesiah Decker, Camden Means, Kylie Means, Dannylynn Decker and Abigail Clark; several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 2:00 pm Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville.
