I will miss seeing Willard come in for his haircuts. He was a dear, sweet man. When he told me he didn’t know why they took his license he only had a few scratches on his car. He made me smile and I told him he would get them back some day. I enjoyed cuting his hair and talking to him. My prayers go out to his family. God Bless You
