“Mumbles” will be missed by many. He was a fixture on the streets of McMechen! Sorry for your loss.
Dear Mrs Kowalesky:
We wish to express our deepest sympathy. Mumbles was a kind and generous man. I’v know him since my dad started taking me to the fire department when I was a small child. Mrs. Kowalesky our thoughts and prayers are with you.
