Walter D. Manning
VIRGINIA BEACH — Walter D. Manning, 85, died Friday, Sept. 7, 2001, in Sentara Bayside Hospital.
Born in Portsmouth, he was the widower of Thelma Nettles Manning and was a member of Unity Church of Tidewater.
He is survived by his daughter, Pam Manning of Norfolk.
