Bracknell, W. Lynn, 51 of Shadyside, Ohio, died Tuesday April 20, 2004 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, GlenDale. Lynn was born June 25, 1952 in GlenDale, WV a daughter of the late Felix J. and Geraldine Law Van Scyoc, Sr. She was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Fellowship Church, Bellaie, Ohio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Wilma B. Law. Surviving are her husband, Richard L. Bracknell, a daughter, Leanna Lynn Rush of Shadyside; four sisters, Barbara Ruth Baker of Shadyside, Cynthia Babette Skahill of Indian Head, MD, Bobbi L. Bobbit of Germany and Tamara J. Kavlick of Indian Head, MD; two brothers, Rocky V. Muldrew of Naples, Fl and Felix Jimmy Van Scyoc, Jr. of Valley City, Ohio, several nieces and nephews. Friends received from 6 to 9 pm, Thursday, at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville where services will be held at 9:30 am Friday, April 23, 2004 with the Rev. Bill Marinelli officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
