Gloria I am sorry for your loss of your mother. I’m not sure if you remember our family Barbe’s when we lived next door to you many many years ago but I do remember you and your family. The loss of a parent is a very hard thing to go through. We lost our mother two years ago and it still hurts. Be strong and know that she is in a better place. Ada Barbe Davis

Gloria, Just wanted to let you know how sorry I was to hear about the death of your mother Virgina. As my mother Emily, was starting to get senile she would call your mom and your mom would call her and they would talk for hours. I was very grateful to your mom for talking with her as it kept them both company. My mom finally got to the point where I could no longer leave her alone and we put her into an assisted living facility and I spent every weekend with her. I know they were also very close when they were growing up and I believe your mother stood up for my mom and dad when they were married. I just wanted to let you know that you had her laid out beautifully and your mom would be so proud of you. It is terrible when you lose a parent and after they are both gone you feel very alone. Try to be strong as you were the world to both your mother and your father and you should be very proud of that. Sincerely, DebbieCooperRabe
