Dear Mrs. Riggs, Larry, Mike and Holly:

I was saddened to hear about the untimely deaf of Todd. Your son and brother was a fine person and we had lots of fun growing up in Sandbridge and Mrs. Riggs driving us down the beach to NC. Todd always had a smile on his face and befriended everyone he met. I truly do not think Todd ever met a stranger.

I also want Pamela and Katie to know that I can only imaging the pain you are suffering from your loss.

God Bless you all

Dear Ramona, Larry, Mike & Holly, I can’t tell you how saddened I was to hear of your loss. As young adults, I remember Todd as a sweet, wonderful person who never spoke ill of anyone and who always went above and beyond to be a good friend, son & brother. I know you will miss him beyond measure. And while I didn’t know Pamela and Katie, please know my heart aches for them as well. You are all in my prayers.

Dear Riggs Family, I have such fond memories of Todd.He was a good friend with my son, David. I also remember sharing duties with Todd in Sandbridge Rescue. Todd was a very special young man, so polite, soft spoken, lovable guy! When in Virginia Beach I always sought him out at the Hilltop Kmart when he worked there to “catch-up” on him and the rest of the family. My heart and prayers go out to each of you!

With loving memories of you all,Cathy

I have heard it said that we often forget what a person has done but we never forget how they made us feel.

I never had a brother , but Todd made me feel like I did.

Riggs Family, I was very saddened to hear the loss of Todd. He was a wonderful family man, as well as a great “BOSS”. Enjoyed working with him at the Hilltop K-Mart, and will always rememebr the great days we had. “He gave his all to all” Pam & Katie, my heart aches for you both as it is a terriable loss. My thoughts & Prayers are with you and the family. Let the thought of those supporting you provide comfort during this difficult time. Psalm 46:1 “God is our refuse & strength, a very present help in trouble.

The news of Todd was very saddening

but it brought fond memories of Sandbridge, many years ago. We ran into him several times over the years. We still spend summers there

in your old neigborhood, stop by when you can.

The news of Todd was very saddening. I remember those long ago days in Sandbridge when Todd and I shared time in the Sandbridge Rescue Squad. Todd always carried a smile – he was one of the “good” guys you meet in life. All of you are in our prayers.

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

It’s been many years since I’ve seen Todd & Pam, and the family, but I have fond memories of the times we all had and Todd’s big smile.
