Candy, I grew up with Tom as his parents were good friends with my parents. When I was in the Navy, I was stationed on the U.S.S. Ogden in San Diego. I never got to meet him there, but tried to find him one day, but he was temporarily stationed on the U.S.S. Constellation. Everybody that new Tom was a true friend. Candy I hope you and your family will cherish all of the fond memories of him. May God bless you Candy. Paul Smith

Sympathy to Candy and extended family. I first met Thomas ‘Tom’ Hart when he was about five years old and lived on Lincoln Ave. I was about seven years older and his mom would ask me to watch him on the front porch while she ran her errands. Tom never changed in looks, sense of humor, friendliness over the years. Later, we worked together at IH and always saw each other at ‘Tiger’ games. Cherish your memories – you have many to keep your heart warm. Sincerely, Sue Junkins
