Sorry I couldn’t make it to Wheeling for the services. I was very sad to hear of Uncle Tom’s passing. I know you all are going through a tough time believe me. You just got to remember all the good times. Uncle Tom was a great man and I’m sure he’s in a better place along with dad and Uncle Jack.

Love always

To the O’Connell Family:

I am a former student of Tom “O.C.”; having attended Buckeye Local High School. I was very sad to hear about his passing. To me, he was a great teacher with a fiery spirit and I often talk about him to my husband! He was a favorite of mine throughout high school – I just thought he was awesome and always made me smile. He will always be remembered.

God Bless
