Terry A. O’Sullivan
Chesapeake – Terry O’Sullivan, 61, peacefully passed away in the company of her family in the early hours on October 28, 2011. Terry was preceded in death by her father, Russell Vincent. Terry was the beloved wife of Robert “Bobby” O’Sullivan for over 41 years. Left to cherish her memory are her husband Bobby; two daughters, Steffi, Irish and husband Kris; grandchildren, Matthew and Mara; her mother, Jo Vincent; brothers, Russell Vincent Jr. and wife Linda, Frank Vincent and wife Kim; sister, Joyce Osborn and husband Roy.
Terry had a gentle and kind spirit that loved children and
animals. As a volunteer and librarian, Terry touched the lives of many.
Terry expressed her love of beauty by creating stained glass, hook rugs,
pottery and a beautiful home for her family. Her family would like to thank all of her friends and neighbors for all of their love and support. A special thanks to Pat Marcincuk, a dear friend to us all, you have been our angel.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 929 S. Battlefield Blvd., Chesapeake, VA 23322 at 7PM. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, www.rmhc.org, or by mail, Ronald McDonald House Charities, One Kroc Drive, Oak Brook, IL 60523. Bob, I am deeply saddened to hear of Terry’s passing. She is now in the loving arms of God where there is no pain, sickness or death. I pray that HE will comfort and guide you through your grief.
