Sorry to hear about Mrs. Bell. I’ll always remember as a teenager in the early 70’s “Sissy” driving our bus the summer I worked on the State Road’s Clean Streams Program. She helped make the job less boring.

I’m sure she enjoyed her time on this earth and helped make it a better place thru all the lives she touched. My thoughts and sympathies are with you at this time.

To Sissy’s family:

I knew Sissy when we went to Moundsville High School in the 50’s. I was in sister Sally’s class of ’53. I remember Sissy as being fun and cheerful and possessing great energy. I can still see her out there leading cheers for the sports teams. I left WV many many years ago, so wasn’t aware of her kind work with animals. I’m not surprised –she was that kind of person. What a great loss for all of you, and I want to extend my deepest sympathy for a girl who was special.

Sincerely,

Words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel about Sissy’s passing. She had many special qualities, including her love for animals. That is how I will always remember her. She will be sadly missed by many. With my sincere sympathy to the family.
