Scheryl and I go way back to the days when she was doing insurance/ registration. During that time Scheryl went to Nursing School and excelled as we knew she would.I am going to miss Scheryl’s kindness and I will truly miss her hardy laugh. Rest in peace Scheryl.
Scheryl was a wonderful co-worker and friend. We shared many birthday parties at work that she made very special. I was fortunate for her to share her expertise at work, and she was the Best teacher ever. Her enthusiasm was contagious. I will miss our great friendship, and I was very touched to be with her on her last day here. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Scheryl was one of a kind, I remember her cookie jar collection, she would be so proud to talk about them. A dedicated, loving nurse and friend who would give you her last nickel if thought it would help you. A heart of gold and a laugh to be sure and make you smile. My heart goes out to her mother, sisters and family. She was the glue, a peacemaker and hub to so many she cared about. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.

So very sorry for you loss. I am friends and work with her sister Tina at Greenbrier Christian Academy. We have all been praying for Scheryl since we found out she was sick. So thankful she isn’t suffering anymore. But I know that doesn’t make your heartache go away. I am continually asking the Lord to wash His comfort and peace over your family.
To all of Scheryl’s family. So sorry for your loss. Know that Scheryl is in a much better place with no pain. Sometimes we dont know why God has the plans he has but know they are always the best one. Scheryl was my sister Patty’s best friend during our time living in Great Bridge from 1977-82. She’s the one friend of Patty’s whom I remember best and most fondly. She had a smile and laugh that made her incredibly personable and memorable. As a new member of the ‘I Grew Up In Great Bridge’ Facebook page, one of my earliest posts (from June 20) were two photos of Scheryl. I was trying to find out where she was today. I am so terribly sad to learn of her passing but trust she is going to remembered with a profound sense of warmth and love.
