S. Frances Haustman
Age: 93
S. Frances Haustman, 93, formerly of Hillcrest, Wellsville, died at the home of her daughter on LaCroft Avenue, East Liverpool on Thursday, July 5, 2001 after a lengthy illness. She was born in Wellsville, OH on July 17, 1907, a daughter of the late William Metts and Emma Noble Metts.
She was a life long area resident, having graduated from Wellsville High School in 1925. She was very active in her church, Yellow Creek Presbyterian Church in Wellsville.
Her husband, Harry E. Haustman died on April 5, 1985.
Mrs. Haustman is survived by her children: Richard H. Haustman of Troutman, NC; Ronald W. Haustman and his wife, Terry Lynn of East Liverpool, OH and Geraldine Yaney and her husband George with whom she resided; one sister: Alice Brown of Newark, OH; her loving grandchildren: Beverly Jean Burchett and her husband, Curtis Lee of East Liverpool, OH, Patricia Ann Moore of Dowagial, MI, Charles W. Johnston and his wife, Karen of East Liverpool, OH, Robert ”Mike” Johnston of Dowagial, MI, Carol Lynn Endicott of East Liverpool, OH, David Alan Johnston of Fredericksburg, TX, Richard A. Haustman and his wife, Colleen of Woodstock, GA, Randy J. Haustman and his wife Leah of East Liverpool, OH, Tracy L. Messer and her husband, Doug of Dayton, TN, Brian Haustman of Dayton, TN, Candice F. Haustman of Troutman, NC, Lori DeMarco and her husband, Mark of East Liverpool, OH, Mark Haustman and his wife, Linda of East Liverpool, OH and Heather Nicole Haustman of East Liverpool, OH; her great-grandchildren: Shawn T. Johnston and his wife, Heather of East Liverpool, OH, Mary Ann McDevitt, Jason Johnston, Raymond Boso, Sara Lynn Boso, Heather Sue Endicott, Hanna Haustman, Mathew Haustman, Megan Haustman, all of East Liverpool, OH, Rickey Moore of Dowagial, MI, Timothy Johnston of San Diego, CA, Nicole Haustman of Woodstock, GA, Cortney Messer, Joey Messer both of Dayton, TN, Mark DeMarco and Angela DeMarco, both of Marietta, GA and her great-great-great grandchildren: Robin Danielle Johnston, Taylor Jean Johnston, Shawn Curtis Johnston, Caitlyn Rose Webber, Katie Lynn Pugh, Lori Boso and Gage Wells, all of East Liverpool, OH.
Besides her parents and her husband, she is preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Metts.
Services will be held at the Wellsville Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Monday, July 9, 2001 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Ron Bown of the church officiating.
Burial will follow in Yellow Creek Cemetery,
