Age 74
Ruth I. Morrow Dilley, age 74 of Toronto Passed away on Monday, January 26, 2004 at Trinity Medical Center West – Steubenville.
Born January 18, 1930 in Empire, she is a daughter of the late William and Celia Blackburn Morrow. Ruth is a member of the Riverview Methodist Church in Toronto and a Homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard C. Dilley, three sons, William J. Dilley, Keith E. Dilley and Chris M. Dilley and three brothers, Ronald W. Morrow, William J. Morrow, Jr. and Eugene G. Morrow,
Ruth’s survivors include, five sons, Ronald Morrow of Toronto, Leonard Dilley and his wife Marie of Toronto, Ernie Dilley and his wife Jeanne of Hepnier, Oregon, John Dilley of Dayton, Ohio and Terry Dilley of Toronto. Four daughters, Ms. Sharon Dilley of Toronto, Mrs. Nianne Hancock and her husband, Butch of Wellsville, Mrs. Debbie Fisher and her husband Charles of Toronto and Mrs. Tina Shimmel and her husband, John of Toronto and one step-son Denny Kenner ot Titusville, PA. Twenty-eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will gather for visitation on Thursday, January 29, 2004 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home – 302 Main Street, Toronto – 740-537-1234/800-588-1446.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2004 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Toronto Union Cemetery.

Tina and family I’m so sorry that I didn’t make it to Clarke’s to see your mom but I will miss her too. She was a great lady and a 2nd mom to me when Tina and I were growing up. She was a great friend to me and my family too. You all are in my thought and prayers. God Bless you all.
