Tyler, Russell R, 84, of Moundsville, WV, died Wednesday, January 2, 2008.
He was born March 13, 1923, a son of the late Ray and Sylvia Hill Tyler.
He was a retired employee of the Shoemaker mine, a member of First Christian Church, Moundsville, and a U.S. Navy veteran.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Agnes Morrell Tyler, two brothers, John and Robert Tyler, three sisters, Mary Ann Wallace, Juanita
