LOUGH, Russell E., 56, of Short Creek died Tuesday, June 25, 2002 at home. He was a member of the Short Creek United Methodist Church, an employee of Concrete Fabricators, Wheeling, and a former employee of Valley Camp Coal. He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Jenieve Sayer Lough, two brothers, Joseph Ranny and Daniel Danny Lough. Surviving is his wife, Karen S. Boring Lough, two daughters, Jennifer L. Martin and her husband Thomas, and Kimberly S. Martin and her husband Daniel all of Moundsville, a son, Russell E. Lough, Jr. and his wife Vanessa of Wellsburg, WV, three brothers, Franklin Neil Lough and his wife Janice of Bethany, Arthur Art Lough and his wife Pam of Short Creek, and Donald Don Lough and his wife Delores of Wheeling, two sisters, Betty Culley of Short Creek and Inez Patterson and her husband Frank of West Liberty, a sister in law, Pearl Lough of West Liberty, seven grandchildren. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 6-9 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling, where services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am. Interment at Short Creek Cemetery.
