I’m just one of the many who whose life have been touched by Ruben. He was a good man with a good sense of humor. He will surely be missed. I saw him in the fishing piers around the Hampton Roads area. He is an excellent fishing buddy and always has a lot stories to tell during these fishing sessions. My toughts and prayers are with the Ragasa family during this time.
Me and Bobby know you as our fishing buddy in Sanbridge. You’re always have something to say to cheer us up when there’s no fish biting. We will missed your frienship.
My condolences to his family: Tita Edith, Ella and Rowell. I may not know him that well but I’m sure he’s been a great husband and father. May our Lord gives strength to his family whom he left behind. One day we will be with God in heaven, where Tito Ruben is, and where grief will be gone forever.
Matthew 5:4 “God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”
Psalm 30:11-12 “You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy, that I might sing praises to you and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give you thanks forever!”

My family and I will miss Uncle Ruben. He was my second father and we shared good memories since I was a kid. Uncle Ruben loved the songs of Elvis and Matt Monroe and everytime he drove his first jeep back home in the philippines, he never missed a single day of not singing his favorite song from russia with love, falling in love with you and for mama. Uncle we know that you are happy now with God up there and you will be missed so much. Just remember you will always be our best Uncle Ruben in our hearts. May you rest in peace Uncle ang GOD be with you always. We love you and we will never forget you.
