He will be missed, I’m glad I was able to make him the special Birthday Cake he wanted for his last Birthday he Loved it !.Our Prayers are with his Family.
I am George, youngest son to Monk and Lettie Jenkins. With Lettie being sister to Earnest, that would make me cousin to Ruben. I regret I did not know him better in life; I do have a vague recollection when I was very young. I have very fond memories of Uncle Earnest and Aunt Hazzle visiting in Rocky Mount and always talking about Ruben and Peggy. My deepest sympathies to the family; may God bless you with fond memories of Ruben’s life. — George
