Daddy, things just aren’t the same here without you and the closer we get to the holidays the worse it seems to get. You had the biggest heart of any person I have ever met and I am grateful to have had you as my Father. I miss you so very much. I know you looking down on me. I LOVE YOU!!!

I’ve known Tootie for the last ten years. Chris and Tootie have known each other since childhood. We loved Tootie and considered him a good friend. He will be deeply missed by us. Our condolences go out to his family and friends.

It is so hard to believe Tootie that it will be a year ago this Wednesday since we’ve lost you. You have been on our minds, both Barry and I, and we are still grieve struck. There’s not a day that goes by that you are not in our thoughts some way. Somethings always there that will remind us of you. Whether it’d be a song, a person who may favor you, a relived story of an event that you’ve been in or even something as simple as seeing a Chrysler convertible drive down the road. There are always constant reminders of the beautiful person you were. Your spirit still lives on in our hearts and we miss you dearly. No matter what Tootie, you will never be forgotten by the ones who you were loved by so dearly. We love you Tootie & you will be forever in our hearts.

Love you ALWAYS,

Barry Phillips & Rene’ Sturm

God Bless.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire family. Tootie was the best, and could put a smile on your face just by hearing his laughter. He was a great friend. Barry and I will miss him terribly.

My memories of Little Tootie are from 25-30 years ago when he use to come by Leland Cleaners. He was the older cousin that I use to lookup to in some ways because he always had a funny story, or irrelevant take on things. When I say ëfired up about familyí I mean he was very passionate and cared deeply about his family. I am very sad to hear that he passed away.

TIM McGRAW LYRICS

“My Old Friend”

My old friend, I recall

The times we had hanging on my wall

I wouldn’t trade them for gold

Cause they laugh and they cry me

Somehow sanctify me

They’re woven in the stories I have told

And tell again

My old friend, I apologize

For the years that have passed

Since the last time you and I

Dusted off those memories

But the running and the races

The people and the places

There’s always somewhere else I had to be

Time gets slim, my old friend

Don’t know why, don’t know why

Don’t know why, don’t know why

My old friend, this song’s for you

Cause a few simple verses

Was the least that I could do

To tell the world that you were here

Cause the love and the laughter

Will live on long after

All of the sadness and the tears

We’ll meet again, my old friend

Goodbye, goodbye

Goodbye, goodbye

My old friend, my old friend

Goodbye, goodbye

i love you my dear old frind

enjoy your journey
