FLADING, Rose A. Ray, 66, of Wheeling, died Tuesday, December 26, 2006 in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
Rose was born March 6, 1940 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late William and Anna Macysyzen Ray. She was retired from Ohio Valley Medical Center and was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling.
In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Flading in 2001; a daughter, Sharon Rose Flading; and a brother, James S. Ray.
Rose is survived by three sons, Thomas W. Flading and his wife, Tammy of Wheeling, Patrick R. Flading and his wife, Kelly of Wheeling, and Keith A. Flading and his wife, Vanessa of Colerain, Ohio; a brother, William Ray and his wife, Patty of Blaine, Ohio; and six grandchildren, Elise, Heavenly, Jacob, Steven, Danielle, Matthew and Melanie.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, Friday at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling, where a vigil service will be held at 7 pm, Friday evening.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am, Saturday, December 30, 2006 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling, with the Rev. John Gallagher as celebrant. Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
