Robert Benjamin Jenkins, 81, of Chesapeake, died August 4, 2001 at a local hospital with his family at his bedside. Mr. Jenkins retired from the Norfolk Naval Air Rework Facility after 36 years. He was an army veteran of World War II having served in the Rhineland Central Europe Campaign. He was a member of St. Paul
