Bless your hearts. God will take excellent care of Barbara and Robert. Linda, I know you will miss your brother dearly but remember now that he and Sherri can be together and be there holding hands when God says that it is your turn.

Love to the Boese family.

Bob and I shared an office space at AMSEC. Although I’ve known Bob for only 4 months, he was one of nicest people I have ever met. He will always be remembered for his unwavering caring demeanor he exibited for his family and friends. I will never forget him. My sincerest thoughts prayers and are being conveyed for his family and especially for his great Grand Daughter Shelby Faith.

Bob was my mentor as I transitioned from Navy blue to corporate grey, August 1999.Bob took me under his angelic wings and assisted me in all my duties as a technical writer. Bob was humble, generous of his time and truely a wonderful human being. I will miss Bob. Barbara and Bob are in everlasting peace.

I am sorry for the lost of your mother and father. When I think of Barbara, I see her smiling face. She always asked how my family was doing. I remember seeing Bob working in his yard and helping my father, Freddie. You have been in my thoughts and prayers and will continue for some time. Sincerely, Cindy

I first met Bob when I came to the Shipyard at Bldg 800 in Newport News. He was a very special person from the onset and one who I will never forget. Take solace in the fact that I am one of many who admired and loved Bob.

I worked with Bob at AMSEC for over five years. I will always remember Bob for his love of Naval Trivia. You wanted to find out about Naval History and even if you didn’t, you just went and asked or he would just tell you. Bob always spoke highly of Barbara, though the years of taking care of her medical needs. To Bob and Barbara; rest in eternal peace. To the Lee family; my condolences and prayers are with you, the good memories help the healing. God Bless.

We taught IFF at Fleet Trainning Center Norfolk, Va. Played Pinocle about every day and kidded him about his sheepskin coat that was almost a part of him. And the fact that he was a carrier sailor, and the rest of us were regular sailors.

Lots of great memories from the three years we taught together.

Time sure flies, will see you again Robert E. in that great carrier in the sky.
