HARFORD, Rita M. Mooney, 86, of Cherry Hill Road, Wheeling, died Thursday, July 22, 2004 in Heartland-Lansing Nursing Home.
She was born September 26, 1917 in Pittsburgh, Pa. a daughter of the late William T. and Margaret A. Kiesel Mooney.
Rita was an Avon Cosmetic Consultant and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Wheeling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Caleb L.
