Candy,

I just want to tell you in writing how sincerely sorry I am about your father. He will be greatly missed. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the fact that he had opened up his home and his heart to me and accepted me as part of his brother’s family. The many times that you and your dad let us stay and the hospitality that was shown to us while visiting in NC will never be forgotten. I’ve told Megan many times how much he liked her and they always seemed to get along so well. With your dad, he either liked you or he didn’t and I sincerely felt his like and his love towards me and my children. I will always hold that in my heart. I love you and I will remember you in our prayers.

Love, Linda
