Ralph M. Webb
Chesapeake- Rev. Ralph M. Webb, Sr., 81, of Chesapeake, went to be with his Lord whom he loved and served for 45 years, July 20, 2002 in a local hospital.
He was a member of the Azalea Garden Church of God. He served as a Pastor in Virginia for 33 years.
Beloved husband of Mary Hazel Webb, he is survived by two daughters: Peggy Koke and her husband, Jeff of Chesapeake, and Susan Webb of Chesapeake; three sons, Ralph Webb, Jr. and his wife, Shirley of Norfolk, Donald Webb and his wife, Dale of Altavista, and Daniel Webb and his wife, Debbie of Chesapeake;11 grandchildren; Vanessa VanWart of Norfolk, Heather Reynolds of Altavista, Hollye Carter of Cheatham, Joshua and Jeremy Koke both of Chesapeake, Candice Daughtry of Portsmouth, Jonathan Bellomy of Portsmouth, Kelly Guinto of Odessa, TX, and Amber, Amanda, and Amy Webb all of Chesapeake; six great grandchildren: Christopher and Jessica VanWart of Norfolk , Casey and Katherine Daughtry of Portsmouth, Leah Guinto of Odessa, TX, and Ashton Reynolds of Altavista. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Matilda Webb; two brothers, Larson and Daniel Webb; and two sisters, Bertha Webb and Catherine Duncan.
The family is very appreciative to the V.A. Hospital and Nursing Center, Doctors, and Nursing staff for their love and care over the past three years during Dad
I am emailing on behalf of my mother, Christine Delaney. She is very sick and unable to attend services. We knew brother Webb from the Westhaven Park Church of God. We send our deepest sympathy to the family.
