CROW, Patsy A., 69 of Waymans Ridge, Moundsville, WV died Sunday, July 13, 2003 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV. She was born Oct. 30, 1933 in Marshall County, WV. A daughter of the late Encil and Grace Dowler Hartley. She was a homemaker and a member of the Waymans Ridge United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Moundsville Eagles Aerie 499, American Legion Earl Francis Post #3, and the VFW Post 437 all of Moundsville. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles L. Crow, three brothers, Allen, Bill and Bobby Hartley; two sisters, Eileen Strawderman and Marian Clark. Surviving are two sons, Dennis W. Crow and his wife Donna, Mark S. Crow all of Moundsville; two daughters, Sharon L.Lilley and her husband James of Cameron, WV, and Karen L. Schrack of Moundsville. a brother, Donovan Hartley and his wife Wanda of Limestone and a sister, Imogene Lougsdon of Moundsville, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends received 1-3 and 7-9 pm Tuesday at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, WV where services will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, July 16, 2003 with Brother Paul K. Smith officiating. Interment in Limestone Cemetery, Limestone, WV. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
