Olive M. Fox

FOX, Olive Margretta Williams, 89, of Glen Dale WV, died, with her family by her side, on Sunday, December 09, 2007.
Born in McMechen WV, on May 7, 1918, Olive was the daughter of the late Clemons Russell Williams and Louella Mae Williams. She was born in raised in Glen Easton WV and dedicated her life as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a faithful Christian. She was a founder and member since 1963 of the House of Prayer, Juniper Ave, Moundsville WV.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev Archie Fox in 1984; her son, Carl Keith Fox in 1944; her grandsons, Terry James Fox in 1962 and Timothy Eugene Fox in 2001; her granddaughter, Sherry Ann Shaw Ward in 2001; two brothers and one sister.
Surviving are three sons, James Fox of Glen Dale, Robert Fox of Wolf Run, and Terry Fox of Glen Dale; two daughters, Donna Shaw of Christiansburg VA, and Paula Clatterbuck of Glen Dale WV; Twenty-three grandchildren, Forty five great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren by whom she will be sadly missed.
Friends will be received on Monday, December 10, 2007 from 7-9 pm and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes and Kirby Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave, Moundsville WV where services will be held on Wednesday at 1pm. Interment in Fork Ridge Universalist Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice of Wheeling WV.
