Olga C. Oszustowicz, 85, formerly of Eoff Street, Wheeling, died Tuesday, August 20, 2002 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling.<br>She was a retired Deputy Clerk at the Ohio County Clerk’s Office, a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling, a Eucharistic Minister, a member of the Ladies Guild, and the Rosary Alter Society at the former St. Ladislaus Parish in South Wheeling.<br>She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Eva Mogielski Oszustowicz, her step-mother, Frances Mogielski Oszustowicz, a sister, Helen Winkiewicz, a son-in-law, David W. Earliwine.<br>Surviving is a daughter, Paula O. Earliwine of Elm Grove, a sister, Caroline O. Lakomy of Big Wheeling Creek, a brother, Alexander S. Oszustowicz and his wife Elaine of Leesville, Louisiana, a niece, Francine Catlett and her husband William of Wheeling.<br>Friends will be received on Thursday from 12-3 and 6-8 p.m. at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 3828 Jacob Street, South Wheeling. Funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church with the Rev. Pat Condron as celebrant. Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.<br>Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Shepherd Nursing Home, 159 Edgington Lane, Wheeling, or St. Alphonsus Parish, 2111 Market Street, Wheeling.
