REYNOLDS, Olga B. Dakovic Mucheck, 89, of Wheeling WV, died Monday, May 19, 2008 at Bishop Hodges Continuous Care Center, Wheeling WV. Born in Yorkville, OH, on May 26, 1918, Olga was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Tusina Dakovic. She was a retired employee of Bobbie Brooks and a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. She was also a member of the VFW Auxillary in Moundsville, WV, Kain Club and the Croation Club.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph F. Mucheck in 1965; her second husband, Harry B. Reynolds in 2006; two brothers, Joseph Dakovic and George Dakovic; four sisters, Catherine Dakovic , Norma Jean Havenner, Anna Mae Scarrow and Georgia Golombek.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas Mucheck and his wife Leona of Atlanta GA, and Joseph Mucheck and his wife Lyda of Wheeling WV; her step daughter, Carol Connor and her husband Jerry of Lisbon OH; one sister, Mary Sikorski of Hyattsville MD.; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff Street Wheeling WV on Thursday, May 22, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Vigil services will be held at 3:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 am at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling. . Interment will follow at Mt Olivet Cemetery, Mt Olivet WV. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 2115 Market Street, Wheeling WV 26003. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at altmeyer.com.

So sorry to learn of the loss of Uncle Tom’s mother. While I never met her, I easily realize that she must have been a wonderful mother based on the qualities of my Uncle Tom. I will keep all the Muchecks in my prayers during this mournful time. God bless you all.
