Lemasters, Oakley T., 89, of Moundsville, WV died Sunday, February 29, 2004 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, GlenDale, WV. He was born May 7, 1914 in Wetzel County, WV, a son of the late Irvin and Lurah McFadden Lemasters. He was a retired employee of the former Louis Marx Toy Company, GlenDale and a member of the First Christian Church, Moundsville. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Adda Hall Lemasters and his second wife, Maxine Kyrc Lemasters; one brother and two sisters. Surviving are two sons, H. Dean Lemasters and his wife Minnie of Moundsville and Harry E. Lemasters and his wife Debbie, of Moundsville; two daughters, Doris E. Yoho and her husband Jack of Moundsville and Norma J. Garvonic of GlenDale; two brothers, Elbert P. Lemasters and his wife Flossie of Moundsville and Atlee E. Lemasters and his wife Madge of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two sisters, Arley G. Joines of Virginia and Mary R. Lemasters of Moundsville; 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 pm Wednesday at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville where services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, March 4, 2004 with the Brother Paul K. Smith officiating. Interment in Halcyon Hills Memorial Park, Sherrard, WV.

TODAY WE RECEIVED WITH DEEP SADNESS THE NEWS OF THE PASSING OF OAK.WE WISH TO EXPRESS OUR CONDOLENCES TO ALL THE FAMILY.I HAVE MANY FOND MEMORIES OF OAK AS I WAS GROWING UP.WE WILL MISS HIM VERY MUCH.
