Mom Julia Radigan told me today about Mrs. Steckel’s passing. Please accept my condolences.. I have very fond memories of Mrs. Steckel stopping by Grandmother and Grandpop’s house when I was visiting or of stopping by her home and seeing her out and about Oglebay – my second home. Also, of playing with Patsy’s daughter sorry, I forget your name when she too was in town. Mrs. Steckel’s memory lives on…

To Nina’s Family: I think of her often. She and I spent alot of time together at Oglebay and doing FoL Tours. I’ve wanted to visit her for years, but husband John, who had visited her, said I would want to remember her as she was at the park, not at the nursing home. The photo in the paper was beautiful. Just that day I was cleaning out a drawer at home, and I found her old Tourguide Nametag – I kept it all these years to remember her and all her stories. She was a special lady. My prayers are with her and you all. Patti Hargleroad
