Nellie A. McBane

Nellie A. Moore McBane 87 of Dunn Road, East Liverpool, Ohio died, Tuesday, March 27, 2001 at East Liverpool Convalescent Center #1.
She was born in Calcutta on May 22, 1913 and was the daughter of the late William McPherson Moore and Margaret Foulks Moore.
A lifelong area resident, Mrs. McBane worked as a clerk at the former Ogilvies Department Store for 50 years. She was a 1932 graduate of East Liverpool High School and was a charter member of the Calcutta United Presbyterian Church.
Her husband, Wallace W. McBane, whom she married October 17, 1985, died January 20, 2001.
She is survived by a niece, Francis Kelvington and her husband Raymond of Columbiana, Ohio; two great nieces, Janet Lewis and Judy McKeag; two great nephews, Wayne Kelvington and Ray Kelvington.
Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin-MacLean-Altmeyer Funeral Homes at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2001 with Rev Allan Drake of the church officiating.
Burial will follow in Calcutta United Presbyterian Cemetery.
