Naomi Ruth Alexander, age 83, passed away in Thousand Oaks, California on Tuesday, March 16, 2004. She was born on March 6, 1921 in Elba, Ohio, the daughter of the late Rev. William and Laura Willis Foster.
Mrs Alexander had lived in this area for 23 years before moving to California. She was a homemaker and had attended the Methodist Church.
