Awwww MAN I’m so sorry to hear about Nancy crossing over. What a sweetie when we went to highschool together.
My sincere condolences for all family and friends.
I always got great comfort from this parable:A Parable of Immortality
I am standing upon the seashore. A ship
at my side spreads her white sails to the
morning breeze and starts for the blue
ocean. She is an object of beauty and
strength, and I stand and watch until at
last she hangs like a speck of white cloud
just where the sea and sky come down to
mingle with each other. Then someone at
my side says, âÄú There she goes ! âÄù.
Gone where ? Gone from my sight âÄ_ that is
all. She is just as large in mast and hull
and spar as she was when she left my
side and just as able to bear her load
of freight to her place of destination.
Her diminished size is in me, not in her.
And just at the moment when someone at my
side says, âÄú There she goes ! âÄù, there are
other eyes watching her coming and other
voices ready to take up the glad shout, âÄú
Here she comes ! âÄù.

Dear Virginia, Buzz, Kathie and Buzzy,
My deepest sympathy to you and Nancy’s family. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers in your time of sorrow. I have such fond memories of Nancy when she lived next door to us on View Point Lane. She always had those long braids down her back and the most beautiful eyes. She was a beautiful little girl that grew into a beautiful woman. I know that the days ahead will be difficult for you and your family but I have a favorite passage which I hope you will read. It’s from Joshua 1:9 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified, do not be discouraged, for the Lord God will be with you wherever you go.”
Sincerely yours,
Linda
