Dear DeGarmo family – My condolences on the loss of your husband, son, father, and brother. Mike worked on the Flaccus Building and N. Wheeling properties for Dick Smith and myself during our time in Wheeling. He did a wonderful job! May God grant you comfort at this time.

Peace,

Dear Sue and Family,

I am very sorry to hear of your loss.

The right words are always so hard to find at a time like this; and they are just that – words. Hopefully time will be your healer; try to remember to take it one day at a time….that’s all any of us can do.

“The heart remembers most what it has loved the best.”

So sorry, Sue.

With sympathy,

Dear Susan and Family,

You do not know me but Mike and I grew up together in Maxwell Acres. So many wonderful memories. I get the Moundsville Echo but it is a week late. Please accept my deep condolences and sincere prayers. I’m sure it gave Mike a laugh to learn I grew up to become a Baptist preacher. May he rest in peace. Rev Jack Clegg

In times like these words are not very comforting, but my prayers go out to Mike’s family and my love. I grew up with Mike in West Liberty at our grandmother’s house for family gatherings and even when you grow up and go seperate ways your loved ones are always in your heart. He will be at peace now and that is what will get us through these hard times. Love to all my family.
