Michael Joseph Dudeck, JR.
Virginia Beach- Michael Joseph Dudeck, JR. age 31 died unexpectedly of complications of Diabetes on Wednesday October 22, 2008 in his residence. He was born October 25, 1976 in Scranton, PA. He was employed as a cook for CF Keagan’s restaurant in Virginia Beach.
He is survived by his mother Barbara Lazevnick of Virginia Beach; sisters Crystal Briggs , April Dudeck both of Virginia Beach, Jamie Oakley and of PA; his brother Tighe Dudeck and wife Diana of NC, nieces Brianna Hawn, Briston Phillips , Hannah Dudeck; brother in-law Dennis Hawn; aunt Helen Walsh and uncle Paul Walsh ; his along with many cousins and friends .
A noon memorial service will be conducted by Father James E. Parke on Monday at Altmeyer Funeral Home –Maestas Chapel 1801 Baltic Ave. Virginia Beach.
All my thoughts and prayers go out to your family. Me and Mike knew each other a long time. He will be truly missed.

Dear Dudeck family,
I am the sister of one Mike’s friends, Jason Blain. Please accept my sincerest condolences on Mike’s passing. I know that my family & especially my brother, Jason, will truly miss Mike. Mike was Jason’s rock through some very tough times & was always there for him. I am glad to have had the opportunity to meet Mike & to tell him how much I appreciated all he did for my brother. I’m sure that now, Mike will be the angel on Jason’s shoulder still helping him during tough times. We are blessed to have known Mike. He was a dear friend to my brother. Again, my condolences.
