Candy & Lyz-

I wish I could be there to share in celebrating Matt’s life. The time we were together was filled with much love, laughter, learning….and quite a few really shitty times. Yet, he always managed to charm his way back into my life. Those special moments we shared together certainly played a role in shaping the person I’ve become and the choices I’ve made for a career. However, the consistent factor in his life that brought him love and support was undoubtidly the two of you. Much love and hugs from afar.

Dear Candy and Family,

I just wanted to express my dearest condolences to you and your family. I know that God takes us in His arms and helps us find that comfort we so surely need in our time of grief. Candy, you are such a wonderful friend and comforter to my sister, Valarie, in her time of grieving as I know she will be to you also. If there is anything that I can do beyond prayers for you and your family, please have her let me know. May God Bless your family and may Matt be with God our Heavenly Father resting in eternal peace. Unceasing prayers for you and your family, Candy. God be with you all.

Mrs. Bippus and Lyz,

Matt was a friend of mine. I remember him all the way back to our Little League days where he was usually the only lefty batter on the team. Then growing up, I had the pleasure of becoming a good friend of his throughout high school. Unfortunately, as with most friends, as we aged and moved onto college, and our adult lives, we grew apart. I have and always will remember Matt though.

Please accept my condolences on the passing of your son and brother. It was an honor to have known Matt and I will truly miss him. May God embrace you in comfort during this difficult time.
