SCARNECCHIA, Mary T. Orlando, 95, formerly of Benwood, W.Va., died Tuesday, December 12, 2006 in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
Mary was born June 30, 1911 in Soldier, Pa., a daughter of the late Paul and Adeline Spadafore Orlando. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Wheeling.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Scarnecchia, an infant daughter, Geraldine Scarnecchia; three brothers, Joseph, Dominick and Peter Orlando; four sisters, Adeline Mahulak, Jesse Delong, Lillian Puree and Anna Andrews; and a son-in-law, Frank Hummel.
Mary is survived by three children, O. Vincent Scarnecchia and his wife, Donna D

Iwas saddened to hear of Mary’s death. I gave her the last rites before she left for OVMC. She was as calm after the anointing as a child . She had a sign of peace on her face. Mary was ready to go to see the Face of God .
