To “Tootie’s” family, I was sorry to hear of your loss. I haven’t seen Tootie in decades, but I haven’t forgotten her. I have some good memories of her, and Punkin, Walter,Rooster, Larry Vucelich, and all of us having fun on our little block in downtown Powhatan.
