Dear Freddy, Shirley, Jack, Derrick,
Dan, Brady and Chrisitan,
Mary E. was the matriarch of of the Shaughnessy Family. She was loved by all. My mother Jean loved Mary E with her whole heart. I have many fond memories of Aunt Mary E. in her kitchen, as my family spent many holidays with Aunt Mary E. and Uncle Fred. I loved Aunt Mary E. very much and I will never forget her. May her soul finally be at rest with the Lord. My love to all of you. Sincerely, Mary Lynn and family Ken, Derek and Chrisitan
Dear Jack and family – Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I know that your beloved mother will be truly missed. Be comforted knowing that she and your Dad are together again. Your friend and co-worker, Bernie
Dear Jackie, Shirley & Freddie,
My deepest sympathy to you for the great loss you have experienced. Aunt Mary E., being the oldest in the family was the supreme law at home.
I certainly missed her a lot when you moved to W. Virginia. It’s
been a long time since I last saw her. I am quite sure she is in heaven enjoying her husband, brothers & sister.
It is God’s will that she is not with us anymore. She will always be with me in spirit, in love & in my prayers.
With very much love,
Mrs. Josephine Laman
Dearest Freddie & Jack,
Some of my fondest childhood memories were visits & vacations to your home when I was a little girl. Your parents always treated me soo special. I remember them walking into grandma Shaughnessy
house with a huge doll house for me one Christmas. They came to visit me in Virgina & Las Vegas and we always had a wonderful time together. I’m sure it was hard for your mom not having your dad. They were just such a wonderful couple and soo kind & generous to all. I pray they are together now in Heaven
and that we will all join them one day!
With love,
your cousin

Say hi to my Dad for me!
Jack, Thoughts and prayers with you and your family. From Mindy and Duane
Jackie, Fred, Shirley and Family,
Cathy and I extend our deepest sympathy to all of you. In our opinion, Aunt Mary E’s greatest legacy is that she along with Uncle Fred raised two of the finest men that we know.
All of the Roth’s were gracious hosts during our many weekend visits to the “Roth Resort” in Wheeling.
In particular, I’m both touched and appreciative of the generosity that your parents showed by paying my mother’s hospital bill in full shortly after my birth 44 years ago!
I’m sure that the celebration in heaven when your parents were reunited was a sight to behold …
Your cousin,
Keith
