Carl, Jacki, Jule,Erin and Mr. Carenbauer: The Kunselman family was really sorry to hear of Mrs. Carenbauer’s passing. We wish we could have gotten to know her better but are grateful that Jule has shared some of her fondest memeories with us so in a way we feel like we know her. After reading many of the condolences it is apparent that she positively impacted many lives. That is a legacy that I am sure we all want to leave. It is our prayer that the warmth of those memories will comfort you in the days ahead.
Dear Carl and Jacki,
How saddened we were to return home earlier today and read the local obituaries…we had just seen you at the supermarket but did not know of your loss. Please accept our condolences…death never comes easily and the passing of a parent is especially difficult. We are so sorry…please know that we are thinking of you and wish you the strength to get through this sad time.
Sincerely,
Bill and Debby Koegler

Mr. Carebauer, Carl, Jackie and Family on behalf of Gail and I we want to pass on our prayers and most of all share with you the great times I personaly enjoyed with your Mother. I will always remember the times we spent in your bar room after school and your Mother always having time to laugh with us and on occassion let us know when we may have crossed the line. I also always enjoyed those opportunities to have dinner @ your house for real your Mom was a great cook.
I also will not forget the time we moved her mother Mrs Greene from one apartment to another and your Mom was there to lead the way and make sure we did not break anything. .
Our prayers and thoughts are with you and I am sorry that I live so far away to pass by Altmeyers to visit with you all. Your Mom was the best!

Mr. Carenbauer,
I am very sorry to hear about your loss. It was an absolute pleasure to wait on you as well as your wife while I was employed at the Wheeling Country Club. It was always a delight for me to see your wifes smiling face and radiant personality. She will be greatly missed.
My deepest condolences to all of the Carenbauer family. But as I think about Mary Eleanore, I get a smile on my face because she was one of the funniest and brightest ladies I’ve ever known. I can hear her giggle as I sit here in front of my computer. What a treasure she was to all of you. . . and to Tom and me for having spent some good times in recent years with Ed and Mary Eleanore. We’ll talk to you soon, Ed, Christine and Carl.
Much love, Nancy Padden
