It will be the little things
that you will remember
the quiet moments, the smiles,
the laughter.
And although it may
seem hard right now,
it will be the memory
of these little things
that help to push away the pain
and bring the smiles back again.

Aunt Marla, Marcus and Marla we are so sorry for your loss. He was a great husband and father and you should be proud…I know he was so very proud of you, his loving family. The three of you were his world and he showed it everyday in everyway. We are all here for you and the kids, if you need anything at all. We love you and our prayers are with you.

Dearest Marla & Family,

Words can not adequately express the sorrow we have or the emptiness in our hearts. Chris knows the pain you’re are going through. Remember, you can call her, she’ll understand.

I’m sure you and the kids were the love of Marty’s life and he & the kids, the love of your life. Love does not end. It grows.

I know that Marty & Bob are both taking care of their wives, just farther away now. I know it is a difficult time but trust in God & His ways.

Love & Prayers,

Marla, Marcus, Marlee

If you need anything at all please call. You know you guys were Marty’s whole world. Wether you realized it or not. He was more of a father figure to me than a brother. He taught me a lot about everything. This is the kind of thing that makes me wish I would have stayed home instead of leaving for the military. I will miss him as I am sure you will. His constant pranks and jokes, jolly laughter, and most of all his advice and friendship. I will say it again. If you need anything at all just pick up the phone. Marty, if you are listening as I am sure you are. I love you bro!!

Im sorry for your family’s loss. I hope you stay strong. Here’s a poem for you and your family.

To some you may be forgotten

The others a part of the past

To us who loved and lost you

your memory will always last.

May you walk on sunshine

Gods love around you glow

For the memory you gave us

No one will ever know

It broke our hearts to lose you

But you didn’t go alone

For a part of us went with you

The day god called you home.

My Condolences,

You will always live within our hearts

If tears could build a stairway, and memories were a lane, I would walk right up to heaven to bring you home again. No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye, You were gone before I knew it, and only God knows why. My heart still aches in sadness and secret tears still flow, What it meant to lose you, No one will ever know.
