Marla Celeste Tieva was born in Illinois on February 5th 1970. She is survived by her oldest daughter Jessica Celeste Tieva, and Emily Faye Latimer, Katie McNeal, and Erin McNeal. Marla’s sisters:Cheryl Polston, Michelle Rene Tieva, Sonya Charmaine Davis. Her mother is Ruby Hawkins, and her father Kenneth Arthur Tieva.
A memorial service will be held at Altmeyer Funeral Home- Maestas Chapel, 1801 Baltic Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Wednesday, April 1st, 2015 at Noon.
