Age 67

M. Jean Hickman 67, of McCoy Avenue, East Liverpool, Ohio died on Tuesday June 4, 2002 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. following a brief illness.

She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on August 9, 1934, the daughter of the late Carter "Nip" and Mary E. Galloway Tucker.

Living most of her life in the are, Mrs. Hickman was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth A. Hickman, Sr., whom she married December 31, 1960; two sons, William Edward Thompson of Biloxi, Mississippi and Kenneth A. Hickman, Jr. of Youngstown, Ohio; two daughters, Marion "Libby" McKenzie of Wellsville, Ohio and Debbie Sharer of East Liverpool, Ohio; two brothers, William Tucker of West Point, Ohio and Richard Tucker of West Point, Ohio; four sisters, Vivian Nutter of East Liverpool, Ohio, Marjorie Burson of East Liverpool, Ohio, Shirley Bucheitt, Hollywood, Florida and Linda Scott of West Point, Ohio; 19 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin-MacLean-Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Saturday, June 8, 2002 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Carl Smith of the Newell Church of the Nazarene, officiating.

Burial will be in Calcutta U. P. Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home in Calcutta on Friday, June 7, 2002 from 2-4, 6-8 PM.
