Age 9 Days
Lydia Elaine Barnhart, 9 days old, died at the UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, N.C. on Wednesday, November 23, 2011.
The daughter of Clinton W. and Lauren R. Phillis Barnhart of Fort Bragg, N.C., Lydia was born in Chapel Hill, N.C. on November 14, 2011 and had been ill since birth.
In addition to her parents, Lydia is survived by two brothers, Connor and Colin Barnhart of Lolita, Texas. Maternal Grand Parents, Scott and Margaret “Peggy” Phillis of Lisbon, Ohio, Maternal Great Grandparents, Betty Birch of Lisbon, Ohio and Gail and Barbara Phillis of Salem, Ohio and Paternal Grand Parents, Richard and Anneliese Barnhart of East Liverpool. She is also survived by several extended relatives.
She was preceeded in death by her Maternal Great Grandfather, Clyde Birch.
Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 8:00 PM with Pastor S. Darrick Kelly of the Solid Rock Apostolic Church. Burial will follow in the Kimble Cemetery in Elkton.
Friends may call on Tuesday Evening from 6:00 PM up until time of services at 8:00 PM.
