I am the widow of Bernice’s Cousin Bill Fulcher son of Esther Fulcher.I met Bernice when I first came to Ohio over 25 years ago. I loved her like she was a mother, she always had the right things to say to me, even if it was not exactly what I wanted to hear. We were in touch by phone at least twice a month. My son William 3rd was like a son to her and yes she did spoil him a little. When my husband passed she was not able to come to New York but she stayed in touch with me and always seemed to cheer me up. My son and I will miss her dearly. Now I know why she stayed on me to come to Ohio this year I hadn’t been there since my husband passed in 1999 I am so glad I came and brought William so we could see her. There is a lot more I could say but for now I just want to say to Bernice you will forever be in our hearts.

Love ya & Miss ya

I don’t really know whhat to say except Ms.Johnson was an amazing person. I loved her dearly. Her stories of when she was younger that she would tell me. She achevied so much in her time her on earth. I’ll never forget the time she met my boyfriend jason and anyone who knew her well knows she despised the nams Jason… she asked him what his name was and he told her “jason” she said “no it’s not, your name is George” he was a bit confused until she explained but he was okay with it. I’m going to miss Ms.Johnson so much. She has been my friend and neighbor for so many years, it’s going to be so diffrent without her around. I just have one more thing left to say to Ms. Johnson… Thank you.

Love In Christ,

Jessie

SAYING GOODBYE JUST NOT SEEM RIGHT

IT LOOKS AS THOUGH YOU ARE QUIETLY SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT

SAYING GOODBYE IS TO HARSH OF A WORD

BECAUSE IS SOMETHING LOVE HAS NEVER HEARD

SAYING GOODBYE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I WILL NOT SEE YOU ANY MORE

HOWEVER, I WILL SAY SO LONG

ILL SEE OYU AT HEAVEN’S DOOR.

You have friends though out your life, and then one fine day you meet by chance, a Miss Johnson!! Now, she chewed me out that fine day for 15 minutes until I rebounded a logical and rational voice to challenge her growl which earned me her respect. From that day we shared a very unique friendship encompassed with intelligent conversation, trust, laughter, sadness, worries, truth and love for each other. Rare, precious and hard to find that is what it all means to me.

I miss you LBJ…..

Until we meet again

Jo
