SKULAS, Louis, 80, of Moundsville, WV, died Tuesday, January 29, 2008 in Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling, WV.
He was born December 23, 1927 in Wheeling, a son of the late George and Mary Makris Skulas.
He was a former employee of Fostoria Glass Company, an Army veteran, and a member of St. John the Devine Greek Orthodox Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four brothers, John Skulas, Nick Skulas, Bill Skulas and Manuel Schoolus, three sisters, Barbara and Sophia Saffell.
Surviving is one brother, Angelo Skulas and his wife Jeanie of Moundsville; one sister, Anna Lancaster of Moundsville; three nieces, one nephew, several great nieces and nephews.
Friends received 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, where Trisagion services will be held at 7:30 p.m.
Friends then received from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 1, 2008 at St. John the Devine Greek Orthodox Church, Wheeling, with Rev. Spiro Kehayes officiating.
Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.

Dear Anne, so saddened to hear of your brother Louis’ passing. I never have forgotten you after all these years,and remember the good times we shared many years ago. I remember Louis also,but never knew him well.Tho,I do remember your Mother and how kind your family was to me. Let me hear from you sometime.
