Jim, Colin, Brandon and CJ –
We are so sorry for your loss and will be thinking of you in the days ahead. You are in our prayers.
Lou was a genuine person and good friend for the brief period of time I knew him. His great, offbeat sense of humor, ‘button’ tricks, and invaluable advice will be missed. My condolences for your loss.
My sincere condolences to Lou’s family. He was a wonderful human being who I got to know at the Wheeling Island poker room where I am a dealer. He was a pleasure to have at my table. He will be missed. Love and prayers. RIP Lou. . .you are in God’s loving arms now.
Please accept my sincere condolences. I knew Lou professionally for years. He was my trusted accountant, but he had good advice and good humor about many things.
Sincere condolences from your friends at IBEW 141. Lou was our accountant and “go to guy” for financial matters for many years. He will be sorely missed.
To Brandon & The Perry Family:
I am so sorry to hear of Lou’s passing. Please know, had my family been aware, we, most-assuredly, would have been there to pay our respects.
Let us know if you need anything. You are in our prayers.

To the Perry family & close friends:
I only met Lou a couple of times in person. I shared a lunch table with him back in February. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and found him to be a very interesting man with enormous intelligence and a dry sense of humor. I feel sad to now realize that day was the only time that I will have that opportunity to engage in such an exchange of thoughts and ideas.
I offer my thoughts and prayers to all of you who were close to Lou and share in your loss.
